10. Light Kit Assembly.
Remove 1 screw from fitter plate on underside of
motor and partially loosen the other 2 screws.
Connect BLACK wire from motor housing to
BLACK wire from light kit fitter and WHITE wire
from motor housing to WHITE wire from light kit
fitter. Be sure that molex connections snap
together completely.
Carefully arrange wiring and safety cable within
the fitter plate. Align slotted holes in the light kit
fitter with loosened screws in fitter plate--be
careful not to pinch wires or molex connections
between the light kit fitter and the fitter plate. Twist
light kit fitter to lock. Re-insert screw that was
just removed. Tighten all 3 screws to secure light
kit fitter.

Install 75 watt halogen bulb, type JD E11
(included).
Tip: Do not touch glass portion of bulb with fingers
or hands. Oil from skin can cause bulb to overheat
and go out prematurely. Use cardboard box or foam
wrapping bulb was packed with to layer around
glass portion of bulb.
Align grooves on glass shade with nodules on
inside of light kit fitter and push up gently on glass
shade. Twist glass shade to the RIGHT (clockwise)
until glass shade locks into place. Pull down VERY
GENTLY on glass shade to make sure that glass shade
is secure.
IMPORTANT: When you need to replace the bulb,
please allow bulb and glass shade to cool down
before touching. Use one 75 watt max. halogen
bulb, type JD E11, to replace the bulb, keeping in
mind not to touch the bulb itself as described
above (see "Tip").
